YOU MUST BE APPROVED TO VEND BBQ SEND NO MONEY UNTIL APPROVAL

Vendor Set Up:
    Thursday, September 23 – Set Up 12:00PM-8:00PM, Friday, September 24- 8:00 AM-11:30AM

Vendor Hours:
   Friday, September 24 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
   Saturday, September 25  from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
   

*****No vehicles will be allowed on Festival grounds after set up and before end of event Saturday night.*****

Art and craft vendors please use Art and Craft Vendor Application.

THURSDAY – SATURDAY:
BBQ VENDORS ONLY…………………………………………………………………………$100/space for 2 days.  You MUST be paid before the event.  No refunds unless canceled by September 15th.

For other foods a Commercial Food Vendor application is required.

Electricity and water hook-ups are limited please specify required needs.

Vendors are responsible for their own heavy-duty extension cords.
