On August 25-26, 2023, we will be hosting the TN River BBQ Fest in Saltillo, Tennessee. BBQ Teams, judges and people from many states will come to Saltillo to participate. Our Festival is a KCBS Sanctioned State Championship BBQ Contest which will allow teams to be eligible to cook in The JACK (Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ Cook Off) and The American Royal in Kansas City.

This year, as in future years to come, there will be a host of events along with the BBQ competition:

• MUSICAL PERFORMANCES FRIDAY NIGHT
• FOOD VENDORS WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF DELIGHTS
• BBQ TASTING FROM THE COMPETING TEAMS IN OUR PEOPLE CHOICE AWARDS AND MUCH, MUCH, MORE!
